Fruit and vegetables

As you know, in these two weeks we are going to work food as the main topic in the most of the subjects, due to the World Food Day, celebrated on the October 16th.
As revision of what we have worked in the classroom, but also extension, you have in here two links: one related to vegetables and the other one related to fruit. In them, you can read the written form of the words, but also listen to their pronunciation.

Frases optimistas (Trabajo de plástica de 6º)

In the 5th year, we are going to travel all aorund the world with new friends, called Tom, Beth and Witty.  The first stop is going to be Wales.
























As you know, Wales is a part of the United Kingdom, with Scotland, England and Northern Ireland.
For that reason, I want you to search for information and answer the following questions about Wales:

  1. In which continent is Wales?
  2. Which is the capital city of Wales?
  3. Which is the official language of the country?
  4. Which is the most populated city of the country?
  5. How do we call people who lives in Wales?
  6. Which colours is the flag of Wales?

As you know, in the English lessons and following the book, we are going to travel with Tom and Beth all around the world.  In the 5th year, we have visited Perú, Canada, Wales, China, Tanzania and New York city. 
The book of the 6th year begins travelling to a country which is far away: Australia.

For this reason, I want you to search for information in the internet or in books and answer the following questions:

¡¡¡Bienvenidos!!!

Bienvenidos a esta nueva experiencia de la que ahora formamos parte tod@ aquell@s que algo tenemos que ver con el CEIP 'Abdera'.  Espero que este sea un rincón utilizado por parte de toda la comunidad educativa: maestr@s, alumn@s y también las familias.


En este blog aparecerá toda la información relativa al colegio (deberes para casa, recordatorios de material, etc.), y las actividades que se celebrarán en él.  De igual manera, se publicarán las fotografías de todas aquellas actividades complementarias y extraescolares de interés para todo el centro.

No me enrollo más, el blog es muy fácil de utilizar. En el muro irán apareciendo las entradas que se vayan haciendo, así como quedar registradas las visitas que se hagan al mismo.  Además están las etiquetas, que con sólo pinchar en ellas se podrá ir a directamente a lo que buscamos.

Bueno, espero que este sea el comienzo de una larga andadura.
